Fast Access to Affordable Specialist Injections

Our clinicians all work as Specialist/ Extended Scope Physiotherapists both in the NHS and in the private sector and have many years of expertise in this field.

Based in Gosport, our clinic aim is to offer fast access to pain relieving joint injections. As we don't have the large costs of a private hospital, we can pass this onto you, with affordable prices.

No GP referral is needed, you can easily self-refer into our clinic by filling in our  Self- Referral Form form.

We pride ourselves on wanting to help you get the most out of your joint injection and maximise your outcome. During your consultation we take time to address other factors that may be having an influence on your symptoms. Not only will this leave you feeling fully supported but it can also make a huge difference to your symptom management.

If we don't feel a joint injection is the right option for you, we will discuss other options and help you access an appropriate treatment option, this may include further imaging such as X-ray or MRI, specialised rehab, which we can provide, or referral to an orthopaedic surgeon.

What to expect when you book an appointment

Once we receive your referral, you will be contacted and booked a telephone or video consultation. This is completely free of charge and enables us to have a discussion around your symptoms, your medical health and whether we both feel an injection is the right treatment option for you.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will be sent an electronic medical questionnaire form to fill out- this is to ensure safe practice. We will also send you some information about possible side effects and after care.

On the day of the injection, you will have a full assessment of your joint and a detailed discussion around other factors which may help improve the outcome of your injection.  We like to spend around 45 minutes with you, to ensure you feel fully supported. You will also be asked to sign a consent form, this helps make sure you understand the possible risks/ side effects associated with an injection.

The injection will be performed using a modified sterile technique. It will be given in a clinical environment by a clinician who is highly experienced in the technique of injecting.

You will be asked to wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes after the injection.
